Welcome to Backlinkbookmark.com ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Us

Backlinkbookmark is a curated social bookmarking network operated by an MSME-registered proprietorship (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-TS-14-0016137) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We provide a platform where users can submit URLs for review and publication on our domain to build SEO backlinks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using our website, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behaviour.

4. The Service

Our Service allows registered users to submit URLs ("Submissions") along with a title, description, and category. Each submission is reviewed (either automatically by our AI safety checks or manually by our moderation team) before being published. We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

Bookmark submissions are free and unlimited. There is no submission quota, no paid tier for submitting, and no charge of any kind for publishing a bookmark. The fair-use limits in Section 5 are the only restrictions that apply.

Post Visibility: Approved bookmarks are published on backlinkbookmark.com and remain live as long as the platform is operational. We do not set a fixed expiry date on approved posts and aim to maintain all approved content indefinitely. However, we do not guarantee permanent availability and reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines, is reported as spam, or in the event of service discontinuation, business change, or legal requirement.

5. Submission Rules & Fair-Use Limits

Because submissions are free and unlimited, the following rules exist to keep the network useful and spam-free for everyone. They apply to all accounts equally. We may adjust these limits at any time.

• One URL, one entry. Each URL may appear only once across the entire network. If a URL has already been submitted — by you or by any other user — it cannot be submitted again. For this purpose we compare URLs in a normalised form, so variants of the same page (with or without www., http or https, a trailing slash, tracking parameters such as utm_*, or an anchor fragment) all count as the same URL.
• Daily limit. Each account may create a limited number of submissions per calendar day. The limit resets daily.
• Per-site limit. Each account may submit a limited number of pages from any single website. Subdomains count toward the same website — for example blog.example.com and www.example.com are treated as one site.
• Editing. A published bookmark may be edited a limited number of times. The URL of a submission cannot be changed after it is created.

The current numeric values of these limits are shown in the submission form and on your dashboard. Attempting to work around them — for example by using multiple accounts, or by altering a URL solely to make it appear distinct — is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to submit or use the Service to publish content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or violates any law in India or your jurisdiction.
• Contains malware, viruses, phishing links, or other harmful code.
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination.
• Contains adult content, gambling, drugs, weapons, or other regulated material.
• Is spam, misleading, or manipulates search engine rankings via prohibited techniques (e.g. cloaking, redirect chains, PBNs).
• Was auto-generated in bulk without human review.

We use automated AI safety checks in addition to human review to enforce these rules. Repeated violations may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Paid Products and Payments

The Backlink Checker is our only paid product. Bookmark submissions are free and are never charged for.

• The Backlink Checker runs on credits. Each report you run deducts credits from your balance according to the number of results returned.
• Credits are bought in one-time top-up packs (not subscriptions). Pack sizes and prices are shown on the Backlink Checker page.
• Credits do not expire. There is no validity window and no renewal — an unused balance remains available indefinitely while your account is active.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay (and other payment gateways as we add them). We do not store your card details.
• Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value except as set out in our Refund Policy.
• Backlink data is sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy — see Section 11.

8. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in detail on the Refund Policy page. In short: refunds on backlink credit packs are available within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable. Bookmark submissions are free, so nothing about them is refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, design, code, text, and graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you submit a URL or description, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Google Gemini (automated content-safety, plagiarism and image moderation checks), third-party backlink data providers (for the Backlink Checker), and PayPal (future payments). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Any specific SEO ranking, traffic, or business outcome from using our Service.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• The accuracy or reliability of our automated moderation checks, which may occasionally accept or reject content incorrectly.
• The completeness or accuracy of Backlink Checker data, which is supplied by third-party providers.
• That third-party search engines (like Google) will index or rank the backlinks we publish.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused backlink credits may or may not be refunded at our discretion (see Refund Policy).

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
